Thanks for the update to that one, Faga. I still need a few more rewards until my problem is solved as well. The Pirate Galleon place would be an ideal way to "fix" the problem since there's 4 rewards there. I don't have this space, but it would help a lot of people who needs to stop this bug when logging on Home. I pretty much got all the rewards in JP Home except perhaps Resistance's hoodie. I might go there and play and try my best getting the one million score. Oh ha ha...and Macross Concert had to rub it in. I got there on time anyways. Doesn't start until 7am. I still loved that song from the series though.
Hi guys, I bought the Pirate Galleon today in Jpn ,as it was on sale. I need more rewards to fix the bug also, so I can invite anyone who would benefit from getting these rewards
Hi jac. I would like to get a few of those rewards. I think they can add to the look of the new Bonk's Cave. Maybe we could have a gathering of people over, but I know that you're about 7 hours earlier there than I am in the Central Time Zone, so. Maybe later today or on the weekend we can have a party.
Not sure if you had added me, but I'm Recca_Hanabishi (just like this with the underscore) over there. I'd like to get those rewards too. Let me know if you're available when I come in.
I was a little surprized to find a new item in the Bonk Space today. It's a 3rd table. (Highlight the white text to read) Maybe when all the items are collected and placed in the correct spots it will unlock something amazing? HaHa. I think I might have been the 1st to post on the chatboard last night before going to bed about the quake/tsunami. I also sent a PM to Yoshi (only YPSH member I know for sure is in Tokyo, Japan). Just want to say, thoughts and prayers go out to all affected.
Sorry about being off topic. My prayers go out to everyone in Japan Massive earthquake hits Japan - The Big Picture - Boston.com
Japan Earthquake Not off topic at all faga! We have many friends in Japan and our hearts go out to them. As you all know by now, a massive 8.9 earthquake shook Japan at 2:46 pm on Friday, the strongest earthquake ever recorded in its history. Experts say it's the fifth-largest earthquake ever recorded. First, to reconnect with missing loved ones in the region, Google's Person Finder is a good place to start. http://japan.person-finder.appspot.com/?lang=en Next, if you can spare anything at all, please dig deep to help our friends in Japan during this terrible crisis and their time of need. Here are a few organizations I found who have started collecting for relief efforts...... Save The Children Donate to the Japan Earthquake Tsunami Children in Emergency Fund https://secure.savethechildren.org/site/c.8rKLIXMGIpI4E/b.6617251/k.7E71/Donate_to_the_Japan_Earthquake_Tsunami_Children_in_Emergency_Fund/apps/ka/sd/donor.asp?msource=wellpaqkf311 ----------------------------------------------------------- American Red Cross Donations for the Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami https://american.redcross.org/site/Donation2?idb=0&5052.donation=form1&df_id=5052 --------------------------------------------------------------- Shelterbox The UK-based organization has 18 international affiliates and it has launched an online fundraiser for the earthquake and tsunami relief efforts. https://app.etapestry.com/hosted/ShelterBoxUSAInc/OnlineGiving.html --------------------------------------------------------------- International Medical Corps Responding to the Japaneese Earthquake with rapid response teams to get on the ground faster and start saving lives through emergency health care, nutrition, water and sanitation, and other vital health services to those in urgent need. https://www.internationalmedicalcorps.org/SSLPage.aspx?pid=1967 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Convoy of Hope Soon after the 8.9-magnitude earthquake struck Japan; Convoy of Hope’s Disaster Response team established connection with in-country partners who have been impacted by the damage and are identifying the needs and areas where Convoy of Hope may be of the greatest assistance. http://www.convoyofhope.org/
I'm pretty sure Sony Japan will take notice of this and perhaps find a way to donate to this cause like they did with FevaArena last year.
Private Army Anyone recognize this piece of music ??
I recognise from the Macross Frontier. It's the SMS music. I like it alot. I have a mp3 of it. But don't know the name. I LIIKEEE the video!!!!
Hey, guys, off-topic for a second: I just made an Album of Liar Game: The Final Stage rewards - all of them! ^^ Happy to say that Wiki Google Japan Home was good enough to have those pictures. I sent word out to Carla via PM. Hopefully she can put them in the SCEJ list. I even put out descriptions of each of them.
album? I'm sorry, you lost me.... Karen, that was a very nice thought. We know that even though Japan is a very economically strong country, they are going to be needing alot of help. This looks as big as New Orlean's Hurricane Katrina....
I meant a picture album for the rewards. I made one on here in my profile. Carla gave me a link to make one.
I'm sure a number of you have seem this, but if you look closely at the "Spring Flowers" in the Bonk Space there is a little sleepy smiley face on them until they Spring Up, then you see this.
That's a hilarious picture, Kane! Hmmm, I'm surprised Carla don't have that already. Is Carla looking for rewards that aren't on the database? I have a few that aren't on the list. The first Irem mask rewards from opening day aren't there either.
What guarantee is there that funds given to these organizations will actually go to Japan? Or go to help victims of the quake and tsunami? I remember hearing about how funds from Live Aid were actually used to pay off debts to multi-national banks. There's a quote from Ken Kragen on Wikipedia admitting that most of the funds wouldn't go directly or immediately to famine victims, because they were more interested in finding a "long term" solution. Lol This is from the ShelterBox website: ShelterBox USA, will only distribute aid material on the basis of need and within safe and achievable operating parameters. Location and time specific donations cannot be accepted. From the International Medical Corps website: “We are putting together relief teams, as well as supplies, and are in contact with partners in Japan and other affected countries to assess needs and coordinate our activities,” said Nancy Aossey, President & CEO, International Medical Corps. “While Japan has a large capacity to manage a disaster of this scale, we will respond as needed.” Who are these "partners" they're in contact with? From the Save the Children website: This major natural disaster has caused large scale damage along Japan's east coast. We are extremely concerned for the welfare of children and their families who have been affected by the disaster. We stand ready to meet the needs of children who are always the most vulnerable in a disaster. From the American Red Cross website: Your gift to the American Red Cross will support our disaster relief efforts to help those affected by the earthquake in Japan and tsunami throughout the Pacific. On those rare occasions when donations exceed American Red Cross expenses for a specific disaster, contributions are used to prepare for and serve victims of other disasters. I went to the Convoy of Hope website, and found a nifty video that didn't tell me anything about what they would actually do to help people in Japan. Instead the video directed me to their website for further information, the same website that I was watching the video on! Not to be rude, but these types of statements are utter BS. At times like this, it's very easy for organizations to claim to be raising money for relief efforts, and then never actually do anything with the funds. All they have to do is throw in a few weasel words like the ones I've bolded above to cover themselves legally.
You could find them under the Google Wiki Japan Home page under the rewards list. They're sorted by year and page, but you'll have to do some digging, and it switches to japanese when you click on them - so be careful. Yeah, I decided to throw in some Liar Game rewards - just because I wanted to help out Carla and no one has done it already. They do have the ones from 2009 and 2010 April Fools from Irem, which is also not listed under the SCEJ rewards list. Hopefully, the pictures there are not "broken", so you can get a fresh copy of the reward picture.
Any help with the Japan database is always welcome, its kinda hard to keep it up to speed and other areas of the site come first, so it does get a little forgot about at times. It also be handly if people can grab the Home images from the servers (sniffing) eg like this http://scee-home.playstation.net/c....F91-7032415A-97C850D8-D0B02C5D/small_T031.png
