I doubt it will be available in any EU/NA stores, make yourself an Asia account if you do not already have one and go get it. I'm considering getting it myself just to play something other than the Home challenges and Skyrim.

only issue with the EU/NA variants is that they do not get the 1 Continue Ticket, 1 AP Potion and the Bikini costume. therefore the Asia Exclusive is still an Asian Exclusive. EUNA still gets screwed.

Yes. It's possible to get it in 10+ hours if your good at it and go through it efficiently. If not, then a few days.
The continue ticket and ap potion can be obtainable everyday by doing daily quests, so it's not really a biggy. The bikini I don't know. JP gives it out differently so NA/EU might do something different or the same way as JP. I tried downloading the US version, but it just gives me an error. Can't verify if they are using the same servers or if it's regional specific.
I am downloading asia version. and they have a wallpaper too. Oops, it seems I got tech issue to start the game. sound like I got some connection problem to server, or whatever.
The japanese server doesn't let my asia psn account to connect to quest menu. and I use japan psn account, i can get into game menu, one you can start a quest, but still have anther connect issue. The same think happen to NA and EU region. I think sony screws up the network at the 1st place. Axe too much resources for PS3 and leave them to PS4. the existing game server just can't handle that much of users. All I can say, those Sony idiots never doing any test before release any new stuffs. not even a beta test......
i was using my English version to play on my Japan account and encountered no issues playing it. only issues i've run into are getting to the point to start a quest and it just hangs on a 'loading bar' until it gave me codes 2005 and 500. no doubt there are a few more players than what Bandai-Namco & Sony were expecting for this free game. it looks good, plays well but the menu, especially in the character customization area, could have been simplified a bit. they even could have left the single player main quest off line. a whole heap of issues would be avoided that way. i can post my player number(s) later once these issues get figured out
on one of my characters, i think i've gotten as far as the 4th chapter. have to check to be sure though. truthfully, there's no telling how long you'll stay logged into their server once you're in, could be 5 mins or even several hours. i wish the 'main story' was offline, not really needed for online, especially if you have quite a few allies to pick from to help in your fights. i think i will go ahead and post my Soul Caliber Lost Souls Ally Number for anyone wanting to add me. i will accept any and all requests, once i'm able to get to them. my number is: 5432027576 ally numbers can be entered in the Ally tab
Oh yes, finally, I can play the game with my asia psn account. I am playing english version for NA/EU region. I still have lots of connection problem. better than nothing. I am not good at action and racing game, but I still have some fun with it. Yay
i do the same, English version for Jpn/Asia. oddly enough, the same character setup can be played in either version. the Triangle Bikini is available for those that have purchased Soul Calibur II HD Online.
