New gift machine has got problems again needed to post a warning this is not support for it It will let you send stuff to Japan charge you for it but not deliver it ( it does warn you in FAQ that you cant but it doesnt stop you from doing it ) it does however stop you from sending to certain NA or EU accounts no reason just wont send it does tell you and doesnt charge you It will let you send to the above certain NA or EU accounts if you use a Japanese account Send to one person at a time otherwise you will be waiting till they next birthday before you get out of shop recieving time has increased so if you go to a gift machine and your gift dont appear wait for a while it might Good idea / poor implementation means me and many of my friends wont use it but if you wanna use it and find more issues to warn us about post them

This problem made my HDD file system corrupted just now and it also made me freeze before in HK Home. Someone sent me a reward from it, and I can't get it to the the freeze issue. Seems I might need to leave the Harbor Studio space alone before this can be fixed.

The problem I am having is that I can't see what gifts my friends already have apart from the ones I sent yesterday, and also my ps3 freezes when I send a gift and then try using the machine again then it freezes, it has happened 2 times. I'm not going anywhere near that evil machine for the time being.
Im in the same boat as Dan gonna give it a miss, because its not just me involved. If it was give a gnome a home day and I gave my friends a gnome I could actually cause my friends to have hdd issues freezing issues etc etc. Its actually homes Russian roulette machine .
It happened to me yesterday, and today. Everytime I tried to send someone a free gift, it freezes up. After it froze on me, it forces me to restart my PS3, and that angers me.
Oh, I found a solution. I will go to the gift shop, and use the built-in gift machine there, and/or buy the PS Home spaces that have the built in gift machine. That will work. From now on, I am not going to use the portable gift machine.
I gave up using the portable GM a long time ago. Always had problems with it. Like you, if i use it at all, I use the built-in one. Usually the one at the public Midnight Glade space. Even then, the delivery is super slow.
