This year is a world cup year, with it being played out in Brasil later this year, and once again Sony is a leading Sponsor. Would you like to see the Feva Arena spaces return again, but with new rewards based on Brasil this time around and hopefully a good new world cup song to match Shakira's Waka Waka?
Of course, was a great event and this deserve the same celebration and oportunity to meet ppl for another regions again.
Absolutely! I would love to have Feva Arena back. The Zakumi mascot rewards can be changed for this year's, but I hope they'll have the other old rewards back. I'm hoping Japan Home will do the same, even if it's discontinued as far as events go.
This would be my first one, as well. Gotta say I would like to be a part of a real event like this. The half baked Valentine's event didn't cut it for me. I need moreeee lol
I hope that if they decide to do the event again, they need to have more nets for the target mini-game. lol Waiting to get a chance to play for the gold and silver shoes took almost forever.
Lets hope they do it, the space is already made, so just some new rewards needed at best. then i guess its down to if their sponsorship gives them the rights to do it.
I would let them keep the colored shorts/legs combos, arm bands, soccer chairs, the yellow and red cards, and the soccer suits. The hats, glasses, and mascots will need to change since it's no longer in South Africa.
Yeah, should not be hard to make the new mascot and add diff numbers to it like the last one. other rewards with where it is could be fun, like new moves and Carnivaloutfits/items.
Hellz yeeeah it would be great to see Feva Arena again. Those were some of my best times in Home. I have my doubts about it without EA, but I guess we can hope.....for something.
Absolutely would love for the return of Feva Arena - just make the soccer mini-game easier to access, add a couple of them and keep it from being glitched which caused the wait to play unbearable.
I do hate football with a passion (really difficult to. Get me to hate it). I'm not sure what event this is... I mean I said Paraguay would do well inthe last one... there was a football event I bareley remember in home, But btw, go for it, cos even I hate footy but quite enjoyed it. I hate England (That place where Ilive), & will happily support any foreign team who beat England, but have enjoyed Croatia (nice checked pattern on thier uniform), holland, orange is a nice colour & Senegal for doing ni ce dancing, & Japan..... cos they look ernest, like they are trying... I have my doubts also. I believe Japan was the developer with this since they got the space first (about 6 months ahead) and had several features and events that wasn't implemented for other regions. (such as integration between their special website having polls and conversations between Home and the web) I kind of think other regions requested it later on. And since it was a global event, JP decided to release it to others which explain some JP text leftovers I found in US/EU and displaying and using the JST time rather than user's local or GMT. Also they used EA's 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa to do their simulation games. Coca cola was also the sponsor for the dance stuff and real stuff give aways (JP only). Here's JP Press release PlayStation®Home 2010 FIFA ワールドカップ 全64試合を予想 Feva Simulation(フィバシミュレーション)開催 I'm going to assume it's going to be a really stripped down one. Even might just end up Sony doing nothing and have third party devs selling a few unlicensed soccer items without any kind of event.
Depends on the money, how much for the license and how much can the developers make. They just can't release a world cup related product without jumping through a few loops. Unless they try a license work around which is quite popular recently. Sent from my ST25i using Tapatalk 2
Well then there's definitely no chance. lol I know EA had some role in that event/space though--I guess faga mentioned it with the game simulations.
The rewards themselves showed the EA logo on them, most from the colored armbands though. If Sony does put it out, they might try to find another sport-gaming sponsor to help out, but it's highly unlikely.
