I got a Ice heart shape trophy item for finding the 3 parts and making it out, but i only played it the once.
Same for me. Completed a challenge there too, and got ice heart trophy. Nothing for the second run through.
*SIGH* Figured something was off… seemed Orson was just in a loop. Exited Home a couple times, but no success — didn't suddenly appear, not did it work again after subsequent frozen heart grabs. Why are the NA Xmas events always buggy for some of us, year after year? Anyway, thanks for the reward confirm CB & Recca. Happy to say the missing "Heart of ice" finally just appeared in my rewards after I exited yet again. Sheesh! (Speaking of the usual odd glitches still, my NA wardrobe still refuses to keep most items held correctly — most are back in storage the next time I enter Home; and Sony claims Inmyst be mistaken as they insist it was fixed ages ago. Played through a few times, won a few times, the game is loading "faster" now, I'm guessing there's less home traffic... If you can, time it so that you have a square press near the end, bear in mind when you collect the last shard the timer automatically goes to 30 seconds, and you get a running animation, having a square press at this point can prove very handy. I hope the game updates andwe get the red duffle coat as a prize.
Tis a nice Trophy, better than most of the 'trophies' Home hands out. it automatically made my Top 5. and in no particular order: Heart of Ice, Amaterasu Trophy, End to the Pure Battle Memorial Trophy, Replica EVO 2011 Championship Trophy and Gradius Statue.
I play it for 3 times..... 1st time fail to escape in time. 2nd and 3 time I did escape in time. but only 1 reward is given as I made it in the 2nd try.
Orson is loading faster, & I got some "digging animation" as I collected the third shard. I got the message, "level up" & "rewards unlocked", for the challenge system...... the only thing I've. Done is Orsons challenge, so it's. Useful for something I guess.
"No" it doesn't appear to have new rewards. But it counts towards the "challenges" system, which I then got rewards from. But no new Orson rewards that I see.
Quickie recommendation — there's nearly always a heart at the left rear of the cave. So start there first… Then work your way back towards the front right-ish area where the remaining two hearts are buried. You'll have much less distance to travel back to the doorway afterwards!
