Glad to hear EU will have the Granzella Plaza space and now we can just wait for the U-Man items for purchasing, and perhaps later on they'll have the Cafe/U-Man Secret Base personal space. Since ToyLogic now has the Chatting Farm items, does this mean will be seeing the public in-game space, more furniture/clothing items, and personal spaces in the future?

Dealing with toplogic stuff, Mia_Wall from the EU forums said "there are no plans to release the public space at this time I'm afraid." Re: PlayStation Home Scheduled Maintenance 11t... - Page 4 - PlayStation Forum So I suspect they are just releasing items/rewards as paid stuff just to get last minute money from Home users. And considering how events from Oshaberi farm was maintained by SCEJ, I don't think toylogic have access to do something similar, and I don't think SCEA or SCEE will move their heavy ass and help them out. We'll probably find out after maintenance with the description of the items they release this week. If there's no writing dealing with upgrades, then 99% chance the Oshaberi lounge won't come. (I'll leave 1% for the possibility they might change the description in the future, but I doubt they'll do such a thing)
Sad to hear about it, but I guess it was Japan's money making mini-game space after all. At least, it's good to know you can get this stuff now, but alas it's buying them just like Lockwood's Gift Machine rewards in Japan Home.
