I was invited and just went. This one I did save to favs...and from there you can go back to 1st floor space (which you can't save to favs).
I actually quite like the yacht club, the beach mansion, not so much. Can't see myself buying a metal detector or whatever is required for that mini game though.

From SCEA : The Second Floor of Diamond Beach Mansion launches next week on 8/7. If you already own the first floor the second floor will share the furniture allotment allowing you to be able to walk seamlessly between the first and second floors with no load screens (in other words, 100 item limit to decorate both floors).
