I don't understand why so few people voted on this, the winner is going to win by less than 20 votes total?!?! And I bet a majority of the voters are outside of Japan, it was posted By Joanna on the NA forums and here as well as several people tweeting it and sharing on Facebook. It's rather odd.

 

A few reasons comes up. If my memory serves me right, these Facebook voting stuff doesn't really get that many votes. I think Lockwood's voting stuff also gets around average of 30 for polls and 200 for contest votes. (well, polls done in 2011. The bacon poll is getting around 150, so there goes the average )

Another aspect is Japanese people aren't into Facebook and there are alot of other service that are similar to it that is more Japanese friendly. Another reason is the cultural difference towards the view of SNS, and the major factor is that Japanese people tend to not like putting out their "real name", although you can probably fake it. And last but not least, Facebook sucks lol. It's so hard to navigate around.

Oh, 1 more. Wallpaper as a reward didn't really seem to motivate them.

 

Theres actually not that many playstation home oriented face book pages that have over a 1000 friends or likes, here being one, that doesnt actually lend itself to a face book vote either, The facebook pages that are really high have probably given out rewards to get they like figures up, but that will be inflated by multiple accounts as well. Perhaps home users arent a community of facebook users Japanese or not .

Is there a data base one can look at for all the fossils that are available for the Museum? I have seen the list for wave 1 and 2 but haven't seen any thing else.

Since it's just a wallpaper, maybe Granzella will just simply make it available on their webpage. I've gotten wallpapers that way in the past when Irem put them up.

 

Granzella crowned #3 the swimwear queen. ^^ After they updated the page they translated their occupations, #3 is a museum curator. One other listed herself as a shrine maiden and the last place contestant "helps out at home". No wonder why she came in last place there. 8/
