I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed the little box with text that flashes briefly at times when you are playing the game? The box is usually either red or blue/purplish in color. Does this maybe have something to do with having to grab a chest with the corresponding color for a treasure? I'm reaching for something.....anything, that might point to this thing being more than random. I have played a total of 101 games I noticed last time and still only have the plant and chair. I can't spend all day in the space. Between people not playing, waiting for a game to start when only a few are playing, getting booted when the game finally does start and the game not working for periods of time, it's just frustrating.
Isn't it a way to communicate with the other team members? To let them know you got captured or to tell others cops are coming? 8o
I don't know--maybe that's what it is. I was just hoping for something that might make this less random. Me and Mr. Random have never gotten along well. lol
Shoei got a sunset makeover today, it's beautiful by the waterfront but a little hard on the eyes in the main area. Am I right in thinking no edict today? I see a scrolling message above my head that repeats. I couldn't make out anyone doing anything different today to get an idea of a new grand edict either.
The Grand edict for the month has ended and another will start from noon. The scrolling message tells you that.
You should be getting the silver and gold trophies from King Showa today, guys. I got mine when I first entered this morning, and the trophies are again under a different running pose.
You need to enter as a resident first to get them, unless like me you need to clear cache to get them.
Its for the leaderboard for this months Grand Edict, that's the no. of blessings he has received. Last time i checked Faga was 2nd with a huge score.
Yep, that's it. Faga has upwards of 40,000! :clapping:however my second time leaving my AVI up front dancing didn't go well as there was something wrong and I was not giving or receiving blessings. The space is a little weird for me lately though, it feels like the range of the blessings is smaller and the bike is acting weird too. sometimes when I'm typing on the keyboard it freezes and then repeats the same letter and won't let me stop it. I don't know if it's something to do with tweaks to the space or what but I'm not the only one having problems or noticing this.
nope it happened to me too in the instance you were idling in. A large group of guest arrive at the same time and it looked like it couldn't keep up with the blessings. First I lost the blessing sound, then the blue circles and it wouldn't let me leave through the entrance.
Steve, I saw you there, and you were the only one dancing at an empty space. XD Can someone tell me why you need to hit the top 10 leaderboards? There's not a reward that comes with it, right? It seems strange that Faga would go all this way to be #2, and not get anything after all that effort except bragging rights.
We don't know if there is a reward for being on the board, personally if it helps with the edict I'm happy to idle! I left my Avi there in the early morning so instance cleared out.
Sarah from last night says there's a rare reward for playing the thief game, and it's a white cat companion! I saw some female avatar was parking for angels at the entrance and had the cat with her behind me.
Not what I wanted to hear. Don't get me wrong, I love getting the rewards but I am having no luck what so ever with these random thief rewards.
ARGH! Seems like my script file screwed up again. What happened was I came in and got angels (was hit 5 times after the freeze), and then the score completely disappeared! I went back to my studio and my title was still on, and went back to Shoei and my score came back. However, now my title avatar name is high above my head than normal. Looks like I may need to delete the new script file and restore the old one in my USB stick. EDIT: Actually, I found out after reloading the save data and avatar data, I found it that I had my star boppers on. When it was removed, the avatar title name went back to normal, so I goofed up. Anyways, I had to remove and copy back my old save script file, so I dropped a few levels in Shoei. I had to because of that bug, but I should get to 400 soon again later on.
