I rarely visit Red Bull myself these days, but it's always sad to see spaces go, I have quite a lot of memories of these spaces (getting stuck in a corner by a mod )
OMG .. No! I Love Red Bull Beach So Much .. I've Done Soo Many Photoshoots There And I Had So Much Awesome Memories On That Beach. I Definitely Have To Go Back And Do More Photoshoots Before It Leaves Forever. Glitching To Get Into The Water Was So Much Fun, Running Behind The Rocks, And Even Falling Through The Space, Lol .. Can't Never Forget The Trap On The Beach ;D .. I Remember Cooper Getting Trapped In It Even After I Told Him To Watch Out .. Hahah! Hanging Out With ThreeD, Twist, Dante, Fluffy And Others At The Beach .. Doing Photoshoots With Joanna And Trisha ;D RBB Will Definitely Be Missed!!
Yep, but it's like they said you be able to watch films and play music from HDD and like how EU said they would get photo frames and like how Steampunk space was coming soon.
its that word again "Soon" lol, still makes you wonder why a company thats been there since the beginning nearly, has a massive update, then decides its had enough of home. Its either home aint good enough, they got a better deal somewhere else or red bull cant afford it.
It makes sense that spaces will eventually be taken off, personally I'm surprised a lot more of them haven't been taken off already, Far Cry 2, Assassin's Creed, etc, they haven't been updated in ages and are quite old. Doesn't make any sense to keep spaces open for so long unless they are the core ones or similar, promotional ones don't make sense to keep open forever, but they could offer them as personal spaces for those that like to like to hang out in them or something.
I Want Another Beach! Took My Seaside Of Memories Away, RBB Is Going Next, Granzella's Beach Is Way Too Small To Be Even Called A Beach And No1Currs For Diesel's Beach (although I have never seen it) ;D
Diesel Beach is Freeze Central for all the fams and bully wanna bees. Kind of sad. For me at least the lighting there simply isn't that great which is why I've never done a photo shoot there.
I never liked Diesel Beach, it never caught my interest as Southren Island or Red Bull did, so I never g othere.
personnel space version set at dusk is quite nice, weird sounds though, even weirder as I put my doom nut there
As we now know, the contract between Sony and Red Bull was simply not renewed. Apparently, new management at Red Bull decided to go in a new direction as many companies must do with limited marketing resources. Exposure is one thing but advertising has to produce positive sales figures at some point. Have the Red Bull spaces on Home ever really prompted anyone here to go out and buy some Red Bull? They were certainly never set up to generate a profit from selling the House of Skate and a few clothing items alone. As much as I love their rewards and hate to see the spaces leave, that shit is still nasty. I never wanted to drink it before seeing the spaces on Home and I still don't want to so now.
I too had great times at RBB....and will miss hangin out on the rail and bs'n w Twist, Soul and the rest of the gang 8(
