Asia got the harder version (with the red monster) and they didn't start with the initial one like Japan. It's pretty hard to finish with just the free one and the cheap weapons.
Granzella trying a new sale tactic perhaps, I know in Japan it was too easy when you had bought personal space and got better sword and armor, people were getting loads of points by playing over and over
Would anyone be able to have a meet up for the journey rewards? I can't find anyone there to get the fish. 8/
Well, if you're in journey space (at the entry point), keep telling people, you need 6 people to stay together to unlock flying fish reward. Maybe try asking people in Home Square to help you out. It's hard to adjust the time for team up. It's really hard in asia ps-home. And, so much monsters there I can't kill giant mono eye monster with a just banboo sword and so many other monsters try to kill you. The red troll is the worst one, you don't want to combat with it. ---------------------------------------- Well, when the giant mono eye monster made the green toxic gas, I think it's making a huge break wind. LOL ! :surrender: ---------------------------------------- Find all 4 diff rotten food items in the "operation edo defend" game and blow-arrow mini game got 2 new dolls. ---------------------------------------- Gee, what's going on in asia ps-home server always disconnect me after playing "operation edo defend" game for a few minutes ----------------------------------------
Well I've gone through the Edo game three times now. Best bet is just stay away from that red guy, "The Red Ogre". It takes me 57 hits to take out the One Eye'd Monster and I do have the Nameless Sword. My Japanese friend says its 7 to 8 hits with her sword. Also she showed off swords and clothing she acquired as reward items for having really high points, is there a place on YPHB that has these rewards?
Ok, so after getting Ryu pts, you can go talk to the old lady in front of the game entrance. She has a list of things you can buy with your pts. Since the Asian Home is new to this game the rewards are limited. Its the same with the armor and swords. So the best bet is to go through this game several hundred times and get enough ryu pts to buy the upgrade sword, 35000 ryu pts.
It's actually 3500, not 35,000. But yes, that sword is the best one ever, and you don't need to worry yourself about armor, just the very slow health decrease. And, the rewards are not limited, it was just been added.
---------------------------------------- Working hard in "Operation Defend Edo" Game, and be patient for trying to kill the green giant monster with just a banboo sward, and forgot about the maintainence time. And all of suddent, the game dis-connected, and I was screaming like a real Mad Man. LOL :ham14: <--- so mad, looks like red troll in the game. ----------------------------------------
Wow 3,500, that's cheap. I've already gotten all the rewards that they currently offer. Now I have a goal for earning the money so I don't have to buy another sword. The game is quite easy as long as the Red Troll thing doesn't see you. Is it possible to kill him quickly with the more advanced weaponry?
Loot starts selling some of their items in asia server. Well, I am waiting LucasArts to selling their item in asia server. If they comes to asia server, then I start spending money in PS-Home.
It's best to wear the broken war-torn samurai outfit (or just the samurai armored outfit) and buy the 3+ stars sword to increase your chances. Buying the tenement also helps giving the blue circle in the Edo fighting game unlimited health.
---------------------------------------- I was doing a test in "Operation Defend Edo", and try to kill green monster with just a bamboo sword. It ends up just weakening green monster over 120 hits. What I'm trying to you guys, it is impossible to kill those giant monsters with the bamboo sword in asia PS-Home server. You must spend some money to buy a better sword. However, there is still a chance to kill giant monster in co-op mode. ----------------------------------------
What are the Bu points for? I've got 2 of them. I've already bought all rewards, have 3000 Ryu its, and more than 20,000 soul pts. Also online they mention the soul points as being important, anyone know why?
It's how they used their currency system back then. 1 ryou = 4 bu. Something similar to dollar and cents (1 dollar = 100 cents). Japanese mon (currency) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia The soul points haven't been utilized at this point (neither in Japan also). Perhaps Granzella may use it for future updates, but since the version in Japan isn't using it, don't expect anything soon for other regions.
Hah! I knew it! I was wondering about that too, since it's nothing but bounties when you kill demons for money or in this case, soul points to reward yourself with prizes. Great job, Faga!
