I got it from friending Coopatroppa. You just need to add anyone that's there near the billboard at the Shopping District, next to the Activity Board monument. I'm sure everyone there speaks English.
I got red slipper with people who kind enough to help me out. BTW, in Hong Kong PS-Home Server, you goto Shopping District, Enter "Threads", you find a "Free item" Icon, you need scrolling down to the bottom. You got some free item, I think most of you guy should know it. Oh, be sure checking out "Tekken" they giving out 2 outfit for free male avator. it maybe time limit offer, get it ASAP.
Well, they do giving away freebies by random, and the problem is, they won't let you know. Therefore, you need to search through everything one by one, and no kidding. :facepalms: There are an easy way to find freebies by checking youtube video. (Items for NA server) only few items may apply on HK home server. For the Money-God event from last month, I only able to grab the Money-God once by luck, and got an nice wall-art. BTW, is there anyone notice the freeze up problem in bootlegger 29 space after the update on 2012-2-8 ? The PS3 console will freeze if you try to join the game after a few seconds. WTF :ranting:
I never tried Bootlegger in that space yet, and yes it can be quite buggy from time to time. I also noticed their What's New? announcements are having [PR] messages now in the profile box. I think something's wrong with their system.
Oh, for the [PR] messages in the profile box, oh yes, I have the same problem. It looks like the update on Feb-8 creating more problems than they expected. At least, they closed 2 spaces. that sucks. Since I haven't touch my PS3 console for more than 1 year, I find out that I missed a lot of freebies. And the Irem space was gone with the wind. Damn, I don't even have visited that space! and meet the money god sister. Oh God, I wish I have a time-machine. BTW, I wish Lucasart open a shop in Shopping District in HK PS-Home server, as well as the Starwars Cantina Space.
Man if you missed a year you did miss a ton of freebees. The Bootleggers had that problem for a while back when they first started it, then again when the Christmas Quest required you to go there. Not surprise its happening again. I just wish they'd get some Texas Hold Em' in HK, totally not fair. Or some soccer aka football questions, the Asians would kick some major butt in a football trivia board. Actually if they really want to attract more Asian customers, they need more horror spaces, they totally eat that stuff up.
I think HK PSN should do something more for the mission board, more activities, made people goto different spaces. you know there are lot's of space don't have people to hanging around. It's like a dead city in Bio-Hazard game, without zombies. LOL. Most people didn't visit TheMidWay Space, it's seem most people didn't notice, there will be a free game in every 5 min. I get some freebie there. And, I read some messages about the glitch in Midway Dalar's Den. I was able go in the arcade game area by an accident. I try using the glitch, but it's no working. But it's fine for me.
HK should've put out the Irem pachinko games for the PS3 - the PS classics, not Pachipara since they don't have the space anymore. BTW, where is the RC Rally in HK? And, in EU? I can't find it. If someone has saved it under their favorites in those regions, let me know.
RC rally is only by glitch in EU as its not released yet, may be able to help out later but got another life currently my real one lol

People trying to figure it out how to get the wing in St Valentine's day mission in hong kong PS-Home Server. but from the hong kong PS-home server, I read the following message On 14th February, go to the area with music right in front of Cinema with your friend and wear the “Heart Shaped Slippers” then you will get “Cupid Wings”. I know some people wait 00:00am on Feb 14 in Hong Kong server, dance in pier park, the area with music right in front of Cinema, but nothing happen.
I got the Wings in HK yesterday since there a day almost ahead of USA. So they had them on the 13th USA time and was the 14th at the time in HK. It's now the 15th in HK so they might be gone now? Utoh!
Yeah, we should've known it was a time difference, but that's okay. I got one of the rewards, so it's fine.
