Hello everyone... I'd like to start a couple of threads for us to post info about other regions. My idea is to organize it to make it easier to find info you are looking for on a specific region. This thread is all about the U.S. version of Home. Feel free to post any info you like as long as it pertains to just the U.S. region. I'll create different threads for other regions. Post away!

Lol, well not exactly. I wasn't told I couldn't post there. I'm just paranoid of doing so, especially after getting a PM from one of the HCMs who commented on a reply a made to a few trolls on the forums, saying that I "represent what it is to be an HCV no matter what I say or post", so I know my posts are being read. On top of that, Jive has really turned me off the forums for the most part. I'll post there once in a blue moon but not as often as before. I'm more active here, much better here. More user friendly
If the HCV is anything like being a MVP, like i was in the EU then you can not talk about other region ids or post in a manner that shows u have one, could also not join in any heated topics. Basically due to rank people see you has part of Sony, so you have to give off the Sony image and stay to the printed TOS rules.
They never gave us any posting rules that I'm aware of, but I more or less assumed that's what they wanted. That's why I stopped posting in Irem thread altogether and encouraged we find another place. Thank goodness I have here to turn to lol, been going through withdrawal not posting there, and more and more are posting here from Irem as well, and I'm thankful for that

If the first floor was just $9.99 i would have got it, but i don't think at $14.99 its good value for money, plus when it sounds like the games room has more in the way of interactive items and is cheaper. I'm waiting to see if you can just buy like the games room without the need for the first floor.
Not sure if you're aware of this, even I wasn't until today. With the pricing of the Mansion parts, no matter what part you buy, the first piece will always be $14.99. From there it works its way down to $9.99, then $4.99 for the last two parts you don't own. So say you only wanted the backyard with Infinity pool, once that comes out, you'll have to buy that at $14.99, and not $4.99 like I had assumed before. A somewhat brilliant scheme if you ask me lol, but it seems to be selling to say the least.
So there running it on a discount system then, thats a shame really has the costings should be based on what your getting not on what you already have.
but you have to admit that is a smart move by sony, one way or another they are going to get that $14.99 out of you lol.

cool , i am surprised that more games companys are not doing this yet. i know that when home started up alot of them were not sure about it. but now there is alot of people on home, unless sony is just not pitching it to them right or something.
