As far as I know, it's not limited time. They just released purchasable content for the game this week, so I'm sure you have plenty of time.
These are only limited power-ups, not just some piece of clothing you had bought and keep forever. I'm curious to know what community score reward or rewards will be getting in the Hunter and Yeti factions - maybe by week 3.
