PlayStation®Home ƒIƒtƒBƒVƒƒƒ‹ƒTƒCƒg coming soon. You'll also be able to see a preview of it at the Shoei theatre.
The space looks like another community space like Downtown, only you don't act as a server or customer, you play for points and spend them for rewards. Looks like the rewards are the shirts and the gold and silver big hammers, and the gold heart halo. We'll have to see how many other rewards are unlocked as well. I also liked the bicycle and whack-a-mole game too. And, it looks like there's a survey tale as well next to Nishii-san.
It looks like Santorini apt. with the buildings, all this talk of being a citizen makes me wonder if there will be an apt. for the space. I like the happy point exchange and the games seem very easy.
thanks to your comment. i have no articles from out of ps-home. i do not play games often,so i know nothing about resident evil 6 lol
I bookmarked your blog, very handy indeed!:clapping: Thanks for the Map Faga, I'm hoping to not have to use it but if worst comes to worst!
This weeks SCEJ Home stores update in full. 25th Janaury 2012 A total of 29 new items this week. Updates have been slow due to having to do the site transaction of the name and domain, plus the moving of the update day.
I love those guys, even though I don't know what they are saying. ;D I think I might have missed one episode. I most enjoyed the times they took trips into Home. I cannot wait to whack those mole look-a-likes. :hammer: ;D
I was watching episode 9 of their series, going into the brand-new space and testing it out with their Moderators. What I'm confused about is the Guest heart icon (I saw some of them don't have one), the ranking, the points system, the mini-games, and the one in the lower right corner - not sure what they represent for what. I also know that you have to do certain random missions when Showa asks you to do, but of course I don't know much Japanese. I'm ready to purchase those shirts and hammers too. They look bigger than the Peakvox reward one from the Hammer Virus arcade.
The way it sounds is that you can enter the space as a guest which is when the heart that says guest appears over your head or as a tourist/resident. There are games guests can't play and vice versa, the whack a mole is guest's only. This looks like a long term experience where you need to keep going and participating to increase your stats and get happy points. I like happy points! :tounge:
When you enter Shoei Kingdom, you'll be choosing resident or guest. Each sides have their specific duties to gain points or rewards. For example, residents will be doing the bicycle to charge energy for the mole game for guest to play, etc. Not much details is given at this point so wait till the lounge opens.
Do residents or guests have to pay-to-play certain games or duties - excluding the hammers which I know you need to play the mole game? And I'm sure the rewards for each of them are the same, correct?
Just wait till the lounge open. Not much info is given and many stuff just becomes speculation. Anyway, I believe the lounge is similar to Neon downtown. Residents do something for guest, guest gives happiness and popularity points. Seems you can only hold 10 happiness points at a time, so you then change to guest and spend the happiness points for other residents. And they do the same and so on. The games probably will be similar to GAW. Free to play, but paid items gives you benefits. The site says Gold/Silver Electric hammer increases your electric shocks to 9 (not sure what the default is). Default shocks only covers horizontal, silver hammer adds vertical to it, and gold hammer covers all spaces. Rewards wise I have no idea. Probably anyone could get it, but paid items will make it easier to achieve.
For what it's worth. A week or so ago I went to my Bonk's Adventure personal space and the flowers and furniture had disappeared. I found this odd. Maybe it resets after a while if you don't visit or once or twice an year it does this. I don't know if it really matters. :: Anyway, I am recollecting these items from the water when I have a chance to visit.
Really? Very weird. The dolphin space does that too - if you don't visit your dolphy, it resets into a small baby dolphin and you have to take care of it, and up his/her stats all over again - even given it a new name.
Do you guys have locoroco island? Did that reset also? If so, there is a possibility that your script file was corrupted and the data from there got erased.
