So I'm watching this old Kevin Bacon film, Where the Truth Lies and about 50 minutes in, there is a scene in house that really looks like the model for the apartment. The pool is a bit different and the bar is turned, but the view, the glassed in bit on the left, it really looks like it. The building clusters seem to match too. I've enjoyed running down samples from artists like Ministry (the THX-1138 sample took me a long time to put together), this seems like another version of the same thing. Cheers!
I know when the personal space first came out they said it was modeled after a home actually owned by Sony and used for movies and events. That is cool that you found one of the movies with it in.
