I'm redoing the quests for the winter space and discovered the polar bear now gives you the picture frame. Update: For those who already finished the quests, I'm not sure how you're supposed to get the frame. Someone who finished them stood by the bear and got nothing.
i saw on the official forums that people started getting it, i hope it shows up in my storage or something since i already beat part 2. i'll check in a bit.
the jersey is not broken, i had success myself and have helped others yesterday. i went and sat down in the round hot tub then went to the the hot tub by the activity board and sat in it, my hdd went off because i did what they wanted. so i went back to the snowman and this time when he said he was giving me a jersey he did. it worked for me and others i helped yesterday.
I'll try that, but I'm not holding my breathe. I've been trying to get the jersey for the last two days, but the reward message never appears, nor does the reward. I've waited in that space for over an hour, because I know it lags. I know there was a problem with the jersey, because on the PS forums, lots of people were having issues with not getting it.
