In My Dojo (Apt): I had two Kappas (green and blue), then added a Lion/Dog and then another Kappa. I never caught a Dragon or an Alien. I did catch a small gold Kappa. I haven't redeemed points for the shirts or chair. Saving for 1000+ point items? I have about 900 points. I want to buy equipment but have no Yen. My CC is not working like before ApocalyPS3. I'm curious to see what I can accomplish without spending money, also? ::
For those that bought the Eva themes, check your PS3 inbox. Should have gotten a link to get the poster(s).
All this fishing has gone to my head... My friend, XBad_OneX and I have been fishing way too much. Love the rewards at the new space.
Whoops ! 2 pink Kappas, 3 green (one is huge?) and 2 Lion/Dogs (seem to be diff. sizes?). Nothing I have caught is Blue. I have 941 points. I am on all free still. Not much time to play except some time on 14th and 15th(today). Then back to work.
D'oh! The green Kappa's Head is now available to me for 750 points ! Are those 1000 point items I am about to pass on "companions"?. I want that green head. ;D ::
I've been using the hagane rod a lot now, which seems to catch most of the fish, but i've been timing myself when I can use the two stuns. Seems to work once you depleted its health down to the orange, and another once you get to the red. I've been using that to catch bigger fish, but honestly I'd like to score a huge alien. Highest alien size I've captured was a M or L.
There's a new event going on at the Home Cafe, a gospel group in Japan to celebrate Christmas from now until the 28th. There's also a survey questionnaire that'll give you a Christmas 2011 reward for you. Google Translate
Seems that there's an error in JP's Home Square. Nice nightly snowy effects, but something's amiss. I walked around the new Granzella space. Was very nice to explore and to do stuff. Didn't spend anything yet over there, but saw they had remade the playboy bunny girl outfits, the pimpin' gold suit, the party hats, and sandwich signs. I might need some help with the point system though, even though I did read most of it, I'm still confused which points are for what. Anybody got any tips on the arcade cabinet from Granzella? I did buy my last K-on theme today and snagged a Momo (peach) bait for the dragons, collected a few points and snagged the kappa heads. And yes, they do come with M/F once you buy it. Last but not least, headed to Granzella's Beach for another round of fossil hunting. Turns out I only won one lousy reward, though it was one of the dinosaur bones (I got the legs), though not sure what of.
I have no idea what i'm doing in the new granzella space hehe, but i got 500 points somehow from like some food making game.
Hello everyone. I'd like to revise my comments on the new Granzilla space. Before I was trying to say that playing pachinko was not only a waste of time, but also a waste of a ticket. However, that was before I realized the game had bonus rounds in which you can score x2 or x5 the normal value of the holes. And as long as you keep playing odds are you'll hit the limit of 1200 balls. Since the number of 'happy points' you get when ending or quiting pachinko is triple the number of balls you currently have... it's the ideal way to get happy points. Using a single ticket you could get 3600 points, which is enough to get either of the cheapest home rewards. If you play the game ten times you could get up to 36,000 points, which is enough to get any of the lower half of rewards from the list. Again, it only takes 100yen for 10 tickets. Although each game of pachinko, played til the limit takes about 30, 45mins. As for the meal/drink serving mini game; yes it's all in Japanese, but no, you don't need to be able to read Japanese to play it. If you think of it is a kind of memory game and just try to remember the first two or last two Japanese characters of the item being ordered, you shouldn't have any problems. Basicly there are 3 steps in the game; 1) Greeting the customer 2) Taking the order 3) Repeating the customer's order back to them. I can't tell if what you pick for steps 1 or 2 have any effects on your points. However steps 2 and are important. During step 2 you will be shown a picture and more importantly be told the name of the item the customer wants. Remember what they ordered and then pick that same item again in step 3. If you goofed up you will hear the "BOO BOO' sound fx, and lose out on points. This process is done 30 times and then the game is over. Your mood (the little bar at the bottom of the screen) effects the ranks the customers could give you... think of it as tips. If you are in a bad mood, expect to get a lot of rank 3s, normal mood, rank 5s, and if you're super happy (the bar is yellow with !!!!! marks) then you should get 6s, 7s, or higher. The in game money you get from playing this mini game isn't used to get rewards, thats what the happy points are for. Remember, the top number is in game money, the number under that is happy points. You use the in game money to order food and drinks... doing so gives you happy points. The vending machine will give you instant super happy mood status at the cost of one ticket. You could use that same ticket and play pachinko, and earn balls and slowly improve your mood. Keep one thing in mind, the super happy mood status will wear off on it's own after a while. Also, it seems that wearing Granzilla clothes effect your mood as well and/or the ranks while cooking/serving. However, I wouldn't buy anything other then tickets at the moment unless you really want to buy the clothes for personal reasons. Hope that helps.
Heyy guys. It's been awhile since I've posted, but I do know some things about the cooking and drinking games at the new Granzella space in Japan. As mentioned before, you don't really need to know Japanese to play the games. No, you do not need to buy any tickets or clothing items and such to get "In game money." How to get in game money? basically you work as a bartender or food server and you take orders of other players as they arrive. Also, you do not need to know Japanese to play the game. As mentioned already, it's more like a matching game. You greet, and then they select their food..and then you click another option which I don't think it matters what one you pick...the next selection after that it does matter! Memorize the name of the item they're ordering, and then match it with the last option you have to choose. It must be the same, and you'll know if you got it wrong because it will make a noise. Yes, you can still get "In game money" by picking the wrong option, but of course it's better to be right. Also, along the sides of the booths;bar;and the kitchen area..there's another food area you can work at. Even though those do not give out the points like the main games do..they do help if you need that little push in money. Btw, I have got at least 88,653 in game money and I don't plan on spending until I get enough to eat and drink as much as I choose. There's also prizes that I've noticed, mentioned already before... I have two of the serving prizes and they seem to be the same. One on a lower level and if I can remember..the next is 83.000 when you get the next prize. I'm hoping the main prize is the best and not just some wall hanging. Also, I got a good look at the returning suits and it seems to me they don't seem that much different at all. If I was smart, and as you all should be too with your in game money and happy points..save as much as you can, and buy the most highest items first. Which are the dresses, and I'll admit..they're cute..but the selection seems limited. Which makes me think they'll be adding more content each week.
I only got one from the Oden shack last time while I was at level 11 (I've posted the picture of it on the Noon Thread or here, I don't remember). Maybe I still need to stay on that shack until I've reached a certain amount of money to get the next reward, right? And there's 3 rewards from each of them? Sounds nice, but trying to get a host job is not easy, and there's no queue line for it. Wished they did.
Well I've got two so far, one at the kitchen bar and another at one of the booths. Well, I moved from one spot to the next since you have a time limit of how long you can actually play at a booth/bar. Usually 30 or 35, and that time limit is in the right corner when you start serving food and drinks. So pay attention.. Well maybe not, but I was thinking maybe rewards for each increment you get on in game money..well I'll say this, there's no prize for getting over 100,000 in game money..I done surpassed that tonight and got nothing. Oddly enough, it gave me a queue tonight when I was trying to get in line to get some food and drinks. It's the first time I've got it, though.
