Oh, GAW is also going to add some kind of head reward. Kind of looks like they'll unlock the rewards per update.
hi, finally i played to the Gaw fishing game and won almost 800 pts so far so i could get the Dojo i just find disturbing we cant invite friends inside unless they also won it, making impossible to have EU or NA friends in just have another question, how to get the alien fish ? i failed 3 times in the dying seconds btw, i tried with several sticks and baits, but failed each time
I didn't know you couldn't invite friends there if they didn't have it. Wth is that all about now? For cripe sakes....thats enough with these new twists to everything.
yes once i got it i tried to invite a friend from her US account but she had a message, dont remember exactly the words, but it said she couldnt get in that space so she moved on her JP account and i sent her an invite, but again, she was rejected... she only could get in once she won it at the game just hope Gaw'll enter other regions, or no US nor EU'll be able to see it, unless they create JP accnts
I have more encounters with the alien when I use the black rod but they are smaller in weight, the blue rod gets bigger aliens but I have not been able to bring one in yet. Or the larger gold kappa's, they both are quite difficult.

It seems the GAW fishing unlocks by time/date, doesn't need an update. You can now catch the dragon and trade for the kappa head for 750 points.
What's the actual name of this fishing space by GAWsoft, it's just called GAW? It says it's published by Will Co. Ltd. in the Navigator though. Also I 'caught' a scale from the aqua dragon three times yesterday but because I'm still using the free pole, I don't think I can get it or the grey alien. I just got his boot four times now. :tongue:
The official name is "怪物ジャポン 一本釣り" direct translation becomes "Monster Japon fishing with a rod" GAW is a title brand similar to peakvox. Will Co. Ltd. is the actual company. You were able to catch the scale of the dragon, but from today you can now catch the whole thing. With the free bait, it'll be rare to catch the bigger ones.
I'm also baffled how kane is pulling in an XL shisa/dog or even a S gold kappa using the bamboo takei pole. And how could anyone have accumulated 2000 pts unless they've landed the 20+ point XXL items multiple times? However, I know there must be some technique to doing it (landing XL stuff with the free pole/bait) because I've been seeing this one guy in the space whose username starts with B then O, who has the icons: silver alien/gold trophy/dojo over his head. He keeps pulling up complete XL green male kappas, M sisha/dogs, and S gold kappas. Using the bamboo pole, no joke. Sure maybe he's using paid lures -- except that I've pulled up 3 XL male kappas and one M sisha using bamboo/free bait BUT.... I HAVE NO CONSISTENT IDEA HOW I DID IT!!!! :fear: I have yet to pull up even a Small gold kappa though. Maybe I'll have to learn how to recognize when one's caught on the line? Obviously whatever fishing technique works best with the free pole will work even better with the paid pole/lures. I usually just let the monster pull on the line -- idk if I should fish more aggressively by directing its movements -- but sometimes I yank it around a bit from one end of the circle to the other. to encourage showing itself by jumping out of the water. Then I pull it up when the Timer is red and HP is right at zero. Dunno if this is an good method. So some questions I'm been wondering about for catching whole creatures with free pole: * Does the time of day for fishing affect things... (Since that alone would make a huge difference if you were fishing in real life lol)... * Should I wait until the last possible red second on the Timer to pull up a creature with just a sliver of HP left.... or should I get the creature's HP down to zero as ultrafast as possible? * When the controller rocks on vibrate suddenly (while the HP is still orange) there's a higher probability of pulling in a complete catch after that point, but I don't know the timing to pull the catch in. * If the creature isn't pulling much on the bait (meaning it's a small kappa) should I just pull up the line and throw again to speed fishing up....? Appreciate if you can share any particular fishing tips with us, Thanks :boat:
When the bobber goes fully under press X, the time of day is always evening and the catch you make is random. The best way to tell if you should pull is to watch the upper part of your screen where the pole is and when the pole is pulled down and you can see the entire top of the rod is in the frame then press X. If you want to know more about the company then go to the JP Home website and there are links to GAW and WILL co. that won't do you any good unless you read japanese. Google translate doesn't work for me on either of them at all.
Also I think like how the Granzella games were very easy at first to find good items and accumulate points because they were just getting started is exactly how this is. as new elements and upgrades appear we will see it get more challenging. I have 8000 points in reserve for the future goodies and it was very easy to accumulate with the upgrades.
I'm not sure it's entirely random. First because Mr. B-O is very consistent with his catches. Secondly, I went back to the space today after posting my previous question, and on my 3rd, 4th, and 5th try, I pulled up two Small female kappas (pink) followed by a Medium golden kappa. I was experimenting and, get this!-- the red bullseye is NOT the best place to pull up your catch?!? I now have three green kappas running in my dojo. Must be prelude to the alien invasion. Really would like to know what's inside hyperkane's apartment lol.
Your catch can be pulled from any ring as long as the power meter is depleted, the center area has a faster drain effect than the outer rings but they can be pulled in anywhere as long as the meter is depleted.
I'm seeing pic's of the new items but I don't see them in the reward list. anybody else not finding them?
