Mass Media has been rumored to be going under ever since Saints Row 1 PS3 was cancelled back in 2007. The fact that they made it this long is impressive and surprising.
It was obtained by THQ in Feb 07 who closed Mass Media in Nov 08 it started back up as an independent developer immediately so the rumor has happened already. and even if they did go under they would still release stuff up to the last day, its the projects that are half finished that never see the light
