Yeah they did lol & in that X-men issue Magneto actually told wolverine why he's never done that to him before in their previous fights. What i remember i think Magneto told wolverine he never did that out of respect, well in that issue Magneto's tolerance was pushed out the window, & so was charles xavier's tolerance.
It really really is a great marvel comics read, you have see what happens with Sabertooth, rouge & i'm sure you know what happens with The Hulk & planet hulk & world-war-hulk.
Don't worry because you can find the wolverine issues in trade paperbacks. Also a great great wolverine read is Old Man Logan, i totally loved that 1. It's set 50 years in the future.
