I thought Last Exile started out great, but it lost me over time. Wasn't so excited about the ending. Not sure what is going to happen with the sequell.
Blood C just got VERY dark. If you like dark supernatural stuff, female hero versus demonic animes, then I suggest you try this. It started as very silly light hearted. But boy, it got dark. Seriously unhappy misery going on now. Very powerful evil. It's the story of a schoolgirl that seems light and bubbly. But also good with a sword. Now.....all the happiness seems gone....evil demons have come and are massacring the town. ....

Man Arrested for Uploading "Toaru Majutsu no Index II" Uploaded more than 20,000 anime files illegally Yes, this kind of news again. On August 25, Chikusa station of Aichi Prefectural Police arrested a 40-year-old male office worker from Iwakura-city, Aichi, on suspicion of using Share file-sharing software to upload the eighth episode of TV anime "Toaru Majutsu no Index II" to the Internet on June 25 without the permission from ASCII MEDIA WORKS, the copyright holder of the series, ACCS (The Association of Copyright for Computer Software) reported.*According to the report, the suspect admitted his guilt and said that he needed to upload the files in order to download more. From the ongoing CharaHobby this weekend in Japan comes news that Max Factory will be releasing a 1/8th scale Samus Aran figma from Metroid Other Min Spring of 2012. Unfortunately, there are no images of the actual figma yet, just teaser shots. It appears there may actually be two figmas as the top image shows Samus in her armor while the lower image appears to show the lower part of Zero Suit Samus. Sadly Toaru no Index has great animation and characters, but I think it lacks a really deep story. Instead the sequels has fallen into flashes of naked girls and cheesecake then pushing out a well animated but predictable battle sequence. While the title character, Index, is barely there. On the more serious side, I'm debating trying Mardock Scramble. A pretty little girl is captured, turned into a slave, and a prostitute. then when the villian gets bored, he locks her inside a burning car and explodes it. But story don't end there. A brilliant scientist take pity on her, and gather what's left of her, and rebuilds her as a cyborg. Now that villian wants to kill her and she wants revenge too.
