Sorry I didn't reply to this sooner. So far there's a t-shirt, cap, and hoodie, each with an animated picture of one of the monsters from the game. There's a video in my first post of this thread, right below the OP, with a video of what they look like, and also what ingame Medals you need to earn those.

Its completely free to play at a friend's place who owns the cabinet Me, Trill, Dan or someone else here who owns the cabinet should be able to invite you over if you wanna play for the rewards. Its possible to get those three in one game, not too hard.
Just to note, I sent Veemee a tweet about that last mystery medal. They replied saying it's a tricky one, and they *may* give a few hints if no one can figure it out in a week.
