best time to do it is 5PM PST Before 5PM is one reward. After is a different one. (usually) But you need one japanese speaker unless you are very lucky.

Well. The times mentioned are around the times that the rewards rotate to the next day. That way you can get 2 chibis in one trip. But hey, while we are all on the JP server (now?) those that need them should just ask the rest to go help.
Oh I wish I could be there, but my playstation is dying/dead. I leave the aquarium to do a simple Irem beach ring search and the machine goes down.
