They are most likely in separate theaters... that is how it was done in the past (separate theaters). Doubt they have changed it.
They will always be in Theaters 1 and 3. First episode in Theater 1, second episode in Theater 3, then it switches to episodes 3 and 4 this coming Thursday, and then episodes 5 and 6 the next Thursday after that. Remember, you need only need to watch them both in each Theater, and watch them in its entirety until the Macross F bulletin checks off each episode with a green tick saying "CLEAR". The episodes is like 15-30 minutes long. What I'd do is find the blue prompt and click X that zooms into the screen, and just do nothing but watch it. You won't be turned offline after a long time when you do that, so you're safe to do whatever you're doing around the house without moving your avatar to just "wake up" before being booted out of Home. I do this a lot and saves me the trouble. When you get all your episodes checked after watching all of them in its entirety, you can finally go to the Macross F concert and click on the heart icon to get your Alto Valkyrie active ornament.
It is not necessary to go there this time. You should be awarded automatically at the theater when you have seen it all.
Ah, even better. EDIT: I found this bit of news today as of July 4th. Seems their going to remove the Macross bandana rewards from their servers, so if you didn't get them, you should do it now before maintenance. Very nice looking space there, I notice they use the same background noise in that video as Irem seaside of memories the space itself looks a bit seaside of memories 2.0, not that that's a bad thing, it looks like a really fun space.
The space looks great and I agree with Rach has the feel of Seaside of Memory, but updated. Can't wait to actually visit it.

ok i have a question about the macross stamps ( god i feel like a noob lol ) do you have to watch the whole episode for the stamp to count? the reason i am asking is when i got the first to stamps the other day i noticed that i got the at the start of the episodes and was wondering if i could just leave after i got the stamp or not. i wouldn't mind watching the episodes if i could understand what was being said but since i can't it just seems like a waste of time to sit through the whole thing since you get the stamp at the start.
If you want translations, I posted the english translations in the Macross thread from March. Hopefully the links are still good. at the start of the movie, they show the stamps you have. At the end of the movie, they add a new stamp.
really fire??? i didn't see the little stamp thing come up at the end of the episodes only at the start ( i know i got both of them this week cause i watched the 2nd one twice to make sure lol ). this is my first time around with doing the stamps so still trying to figure things out ( like everything else in jp home ). thanks for letting me know about the translations but i think i would get lost if i wasn't watching the episode at the same time lol .
Usually when you start a new episode, the screen blinks from the one you haven't watched yet. Just keep watching all 6 episodes from beginning to end until they loop and it'll give you a stamp, and after it's all 6 stamps are done, you'll get the active item Alto Valkyrie robot. If you had already have a green stamp on the same episode it'll only just appear just once at the beginning. It only comes back if and only if you're watching a new episode you haven't watched before.
if you look carefully at that stamp thing that appears on the screen, on the right side there is a area for little pictures, screencaps for each episode. Underneath each one can appear either a flashing red triangle or a "checked!" icon. Red flashing is the one Recca is taking about. It appears under the episode icon at the start of the film. After the film plays, you see the stamps appear, and it says CHECKED.
Most probably the Granzella creator is playing around, but he said on twitter that he hasn't gotten clearance from Sony on releasing the details and also the lounge release on the 14th. He couldn't wait, and just kind of went with the heck of it and placed a link on the official website. Hope it comes though...crossing fingers
