making a good cast can be a pain but a trick i used was was when you get to the power bar i would tilt my controller up that way when it got to the cast bar all i had to do was time it right otherwise i woul lost my bait everytime lol.
Yes Carla, as i said the only one whos bites its the Marlin the other just ingore the bait and swim away
Marlin = Green worm Pirahna = Meat Catfish = Scorpion These are the correct baits to use when getting the timed fishes.

Ok, got the Marlin. I left the date as it was and set time to 11pm as I wanted somewhen at night but before piranha time. It took a few tries but I got it. Thanks for all the tips! Well, that's me up to date, as I like to own all EU apartments. Shame that I won't stand a chance on getting the Baseline one as that'll really spoil my collection, but I'm hoping they offer it for sale. I've maxed out the furniture allowance in decorating my underwater apartment already and I'm quite please with how it looks. Great fun and thanks again for the tips. Oh, and also, if you have the wrong bait on, just hold X to wind in the line with no fish on and you can change the bait without the fish disappearing.
Just don't do that with a legendary fish on the line or it will not be there after the rod change (in my experience). If you just want to change bait, hold X to reel in while no fish are hooked. If having issues with caught fish/rods obtained vanishing then you're going in too fast. When first entering the game, go to the list of fish caught and wait till it is fully displayed. Only then should you enter the main game.
Hum.... If you have a legendary fish on the line, why would you want to switch rods? REEL HIM IN! I was on the second rod getting a fish I missed when one of the big three showed up. You can't catch that guy with a small rod, so I broke the line to get a rod with the right bait. I got the last rod and the guy was still there. And I got him!

Yep Hopefully the Fishing Game is only available while the Welcome Home is in effect. But i doubt the Fishing Game really has anything to do with the Welcome Home item's... If it was it make the Apartment RARE! like the Chamber apt in USA Home. Now that would be interesting to see a limited game to get an apartment if it's only for the Welcome Home offer... But again, I don't think it has a real connection to Welcome Home! Oh Well.... By: DCS
