According to officers in Spain, the arrests have "dismantled the local leadership of the shadowy international network of computer hackers" - reported by New York Times. According to police in Spain, one of the detained hacktivists had possession of a computer server from which Anonymous attacked the websites of the PlayStation Store. It isn't known how many other members make up the Anonymous hacktivist group.
Good hope they locked up all the Anonymous hackers, They can wear that mask in jail in run around saying we are Anonymous we are legion as they get there behides kicked..

Stupid hackers, is pretty funny, Spain is very stricted about the hacking or modding consoles laws, but as i see, is the craddle of psn hacking, modding and now this!!! Imbeciles españoletes estos, deberian pudrirse en la carcel, deberian poner fotos de ellos para quemarlos en internet!!!!
I don't know about that Burro, Spain has a very high piracy rate, I think I heard once 80% of their downloads are illegal.
I hope they'll pay for the damages done to all of us and put them away for a long time. Serves them right!
Actually give them life sentence without any visitation. I don't know if these guys stole any money, but if they did and hid it well, they might get it after release.
Anonymous likes to imagine themselves as modern day "Guy Fawkes" made popular from that "V from Vendetta" comic and movie. they should be reminded that the original Fawkes was a failure. He and his fellow conspirators planted some 30 plus barrels of gunpowder plotting to blow up the king during Parliament. But that was july, and because of the plague parliament didn't meet till November. And Fawkes and company was caught. Their sentence was to be tortured (by the rack and various means), then dragged by horses to the execution (head in the dirt), then have their balls cut off and burned before them. Hung by the neck till dead, then decapitated, drawn and quartered (horses pull bodyparts in separate directions), and his flesh divided to the far corners of the kingdom where they were to be feasted on by vermin. Lucky for Fawkes (after futile begging for forgiveness) he managed to jump off the gallows and broke his neck. So he missed out of the latter part of the torture.
Well I'm not gonna condone torture or rape here, but I'm glad some have been caught and should receive a fair trial. I also think more trouble lies ahead for Sony though, hopefully nothing like the nasty details of Guy Fawkes death which FF gave in such gruesome detail. I sure wouldn't want to be on the bad side of this group! hmy:
