Sony will be introducing a PSP Remaster series for PS3. In addition to boosted HD visuals, the games can feature Sixaxis support, additional content and 3D display compatibility, not to mention cross-platform functionality, like save files that work on both PS3 and PSP. PS3 versions will support Ad-hoc multiplayer, so cross-platform multiplayer is potentially on the cards too. Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD Ver. (WOOT! WOOT! ^__^ - fingers crossed and hopes that it gets a NA release as well.) will be the first title to be released, and while Sony has only committed to the program in Japan so far – the home of both the PSP and Monster Hunter – there's a good chance it will go beyond those borders. I don't own a PSP simply based the fact that I prefer playing my games on a bigger screen. lol However, I would definitely like to see some of these games ported to the PS3. There are rumors that only games that did well will get ported. So far, only Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD Ver. has been announced. Nice, avilesc. I would definitely like to try them on the PS3 since I've only played the first Kingdom Hearts on my friends PS2. Don't forget there's also Kingdom Hearts III for the PS3 (release date: TBA?).
I feel the same way, and if they add on multiplayer, giving players the choice to play as the character of his/her choice it will make it all the better!
ok let me get this right? There gonna put PSP games on PS3 so PS3 will play them? WOW! In that case. I want Street Fighter: Alpha 3 MAX! to be put on PS3 then! YAY! So far that is all i ask for!
If they would only stop with the side story and get on with it. There are a couple PS2 games that should be re-made honestly. That series is one of my favorites. Another more recent one would be Tron on PSP. That version was actually more fun then Tron for PS3. Or how about a old classic that had little props, Okami.
Omg, I love Okami!!! :yes: I played the El Shaddai demo; and it had some elements in terms of background art and music that reminds me of Okami.
I loved it for its oregionality. I never played a game like that before or after. It was innovative and so much fun. Plus the story was good to.
