As soon as I logged in I got a bunch of new item notifications, I got a pirate ship for the pirates plunder game, a big launch pad and a bunch of other crap I can't remember but the amount of coins I had is the same as it was before the outage.
Thanks for your help! I'm not a member, but I finally found the rewards. I never got a notice I received it. But found it once I checked my list of "apartments". Most items are furniture, so they didn't show up. Only one item(DragonBlade) is equipped by the avatar, but only in Ninja mode.
