Since I'm still stuck in NA Home I thought I'd try going to some of the numerous personal spaces there but I find I'm having trouble doing so. I haven't tested all of them yet, but several so far aren't accessible. Instead I get sent to Harbour studio and the words "The lobby is full" appear. Guess there's still some bugs.
Harbour Studios is full? Lol, maybe it's the "Welcome Back" Party your friends threw and there's no room for you
Ha! They wouldn't want me there anyway, even tho Home's up I'm in a terrible mood not being able to get into EU. Waahhh! Gonna go cry by myself 'cause no one likes a whiner when things are better than before for most ev1. :baby:
Just got home. I wish I had answers that would help. Don't think I'm not feeling your pain just because I have had no errors since Home and PSN returned. I don't know what to tell you except google your errors or check the official forums support pages. Also, I hope that you are soon able to resolve your issue with not being able to sign in to JP and ignore the silly people posting here. Best Wishes! ~Kane
@ Kane, thanks for the sympathy. Not so worried about the little stuff once I'm actually in an account, like the lobby message. I can get in NA and that's great. For now I just want to get into EU, Japan isn't even possible I don't think. I wasn't in NA more than 5 minutes without witnessing someone attacking someone else. See too much of that there. At least if people ever get nasty in EU they might be doing it in another language, one I can't fully understand lol. I finally talked to someone at Sony support. They kept hearing the info I gave them wrong, like the valid email I gave, and I seemed to repeat myself many times. Still waiting for an email from them, been 7 or 8 hours now. Hope they finally got it all down right and give me a way to get back into that region again.
D'oh, I meant EU, not JP. Also, I stopped at 7 XP shy of level 45 in Aurora just now because I was afraid to get the reward without asking people more questions about rewards and freezing issues. Then without thinking, I went to Midway 2 because I had 24 tokens left over from Midway 1. I want those hippie pants from Swingers. I won 3 or 4 levels in a row and then froze on the last reward. Signed back in, got a notice that I received a new item (reward) and froze trying to get back on. Now I'm freezing every time I try to get on NA Home. I am locked out! What a dumb bass I am. I guess I'll do some backup later or tomorrow and try deleting and reinstalling? IDK? :wow:
I read your one post earlier, and there is something on the US Blog about fake emails, it says you need to call the 800 number that Carla gave to you with the email used, password, and counsol number. So unless you want to start over, be like me, suck it up and call, I'm doing it later today...I want my UK account back. I made another one Sat. and it worked, so I know it's up, but my JP and HK still have maintenance messages...?...Hmmmm....?

I called Sony twice, once to give them the info they needed, another time to verify they got it down right. Now they tell me it can take up to 14 days before they'll get an email off so I can change my EU password. I'd love to mock how sad that is except it doesn't really matter now anyway. Whatever that "new item" freeze bug is, I know got it. It's in NA so I'm out a lot but I can't bring myself to care even if hundreds of dollars seems lost at this point. I'll come back here to read things I'm sure, but it might be best to leave it all alone for now. Hope things go better for the rest of you, take care. :smile:
Yesterday night, I was at the Theater, then when I got out to the Central Plaza, A message saying that my Harbor Studio was loading appeared, and PS home got into an infinite loading process. I got angry and turned PS Home off and only went there today afternoon again, and thankfully no more bugs as of today.
Trill, if you got the NEW ITEM RECEIVED FREEZE then just delete the HOME ICON under GAME DATA UTILITIES.
I can feel your frustration Trill--I did get confirmation from a ps.com forum Mod that the right people are fully aware of the reward freeze issue and are "working on it as we speak". I've tried every work-around that I've seen posted that people say worked for them and none have worked for me yet to actually fix the problem. I tried one more earlier to no avail again so the waiting game for them to fix it starts for me too--its just not worth the aggravation anymore. :vb_banghead: The one that kane mentioned in previous post (same one that I PM'd you about) will get you back into Home but you wont be able to enter either Aurora space (at least in my case) or get any rewards without freezing again. That takes a little away from my interest level I guess. Maybe once it hits the account of someone who is important enough they will move on it quicker lol Guess we wait and see........again.
I don't see a PM here about that, guess I need to check on Home. Or the XMB, to be sure, since I can't get on Home. I'm not sure I want to lose items just to get on Home only to be afraid of getting an item rewarded to me and being frozen out again. Ugh. Sony people working on Home problems always has me picturing that Raider's of the Lost Ark image of their "top people" working on it lol. Another friend said NA Home is a busy as ever, tho it seems like a lot more newbies now to them. Maybe Sony is certain all the new Homies will spend way too much money too, so those that already have are easily replaceable. :boxed: It'd be really funny if they start handing out the 100 items or that golden garage and some of us still can't even get on Home. :sarcasm: But then I guess I'd be more upset if I thought I really wanted a garage for a personal space or that the 100 items aren't likely already in my inventory. Still, I have some hope that they will decide to truly fix this, one day. And fix the security holes so I can at least change my EU email and get on EU Home, one day. Or japan, one day. Or, well, who cares about HK. :biglaugh2: Or should I be hoping it's one year? Maybe I shouldn't be hoping at all. Wish I could just stay away from all this. I am trying. I sent a PM to you on PS3 on that day when this happened to you in CP Trill. I was just telling you that you could at least get past the reward notification that freezes you when you first enter Home by deleting the Home file from your Game Data Utility. You dont lose anything doing this, but you wont be able to get any other rewards or you will have to delete that same file again to get back in. Its basically a work-around just to get you back into Home and thats all. Supposedly a real fix is in the works, but who knows when it will happen with the way these people do things. I really dont believe anything they say anymore to be honest. Im afraid that its going to have to effect a lot more people before they really decide to make it a priority. Hopefully we will hear more real soon...in the near future...eventually...in a couple of days...maybe in a few days...by the end of the month...by early 2014...........................blah blah blah
