I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Carla. If not for Carla and this site, being without PSN would have been MUCH MUCH worse. I was thinking about what we would have done if we didn't have this site. And there really isn't alot of good places for us all together. And none as good as this one. (Which I think is much better than the official one too) A website like this takes money for the server, and the vb software. Not to mention anything else that was added. AND A TON OF WORK. Not to mention the work to build a really good Home item database. Thank you Carla! And thank you Karen, Jo, Kim and Satu for keeping this site fun and bringing in new content for us.
In my opinion, I not only agree with you Smack, but maybe even beter than AZ4. There is alot more to do here with friends and games, the only thing missing are the virtual avatars, I am so glad to be a part of the YPSH Family.
nawww.... then it wouldn't work right, and it would attract too many rude folk who like to hear their own voices too much. LOL
i also want to say a big thank you to carla for giving us the site to come to and enjoy, i check in everyday to see how my HOME family is doing
I'm with everyone else here, this makes the outage much more bearable. And I will add ,thanks to this site I managed to furnish my PSHome apartment and dress up my Avatar.
Very much agreed, wonderful site I came upon months before the outage happened that's given me insight to just how many Home users there are ( serious ones, anyway ) - and has allowed me to meet some wonderful folks.
Yes, i can totally agree!! Thanks to Carla Birch i am now aware of all the personal spaces and active itens that i can watch and see which ones i like. Before I first viewed a video from her showing the musicality apartment on youtube, I did not have any personal space, since i was not spend money on something i could regret by not knowing it. Thats why i became a member on YPSH, thats all thanks to Carla!!!
---- One day of May 2009, I saw an icon flashing on my XMB screen. It said: PlayStation Home. I got "in" not knowing where I was "going"... My avatar with his default blue shirt was then created and I discovered a whole new world: Home. I was taken aback at first and didn't really know what I was supposed to be doing in this environment... So I left Home for a while. Then one day I logged into a web site: yourplaystationhome.com... That 'click' changed everything! I got a much clearer view on PSHome and quickly hopped back in my virtual realm. I then discovered this site is run by great people I have had the chance to talk to. I'm not the type of guy who likes to talk a lot nor write comments in any forum. Yet I really felt the freedom to do so here. This site gives us users all the help we need in Home & much more. And I truly enjoy talking to my online friends. I would like to express my deep thanx to: Carla, Jo, Satuli for the welcome. (You have - unknowingly - helped me open up a bit more.) Thank you so much Carla for keeping us all together, sometimes putting up with us (and our silly comments), for all the work and countless hours put into the web site. Thank you for making yourself available & ready to help out with Home issues. Your PSHome Personal Spaces vids that helped me empty my wallet every month. The goodbye waves at the end of each video. Etc etc... Not to mention the site is so easy and comfortable to use and browse through. We all greatly appreciate it! Thank You Boss! ---- One last thing: One GREAT good side to the PSN outage we are all facing is I have made some real good buddies here! So: HUGE HUGZ to ALL of you my Admins & Friends! Take Care Gamerz! ---- James. - Iban.
