Thanks drake, but I seem to remember reading that yesterday or the day before even though it's dated May 7th. At least I don't see anything new to me in this blog post. Either that or I'm psychic or just a really poor reader? :fear:
Please watch the language. And obviously it isn't a simple as we would like it to be. Lets just hope after the servers are back up and running that the losers who caused it to go down aren't able to do it again.
I kinda disagree with that. People being upset cause they can't meet an ETA is why they just say "SOON" and never give a date. So we are blind as to when it will be fixed. And everyone posts: " Are we there yet?" "Are we there yet?" "Are we there yet?" "Are we there yet?" I want to hear a specific date. If they can't make it, I am fine with it. I understand these things can't be predicted easily. But at least then I have an idea of what is going on and I'm more at ease. I can walk away until it's suppose to come back.
I like predictions. Here's one I posted in the chatbox the other day. PSN goes live this Monday (for a few hours, if that). They discover a tons of bugs and it goes offline for a couple days. Only to pop up once or twice but by Thursday it is almost completely stable. :fear:

I was looking everywhere online and every online site tell me something else when the PSN will be back up. I don't know but I am now used to be NOT online and I really don't care at this moment if the PSN will be up again. SONY disappointed and SONY lost a lot of Gamers. A Company as big as SONY can't afford situations like this one. A shut down of 1 or 3 days is acceptable but now we are in week three. I always say "yes things can happen" but this is out of control now. The most disappointment is the lack of information. I'm sorry for SONY but I'm looking for other option to play games online

Unfortunately, Sony's PSN is out for 2 weeks and 3 days now, which means it is worse than the worst xbox live outage to date. Thats what we get for Sony beeing unaware of the fragility of their network security. Im thinking of getting a Nintendo Wii since its the only video-game from this generation with a clumsy, but fully functional network that has never got offline since 2006. (but i'm not thiking about this too much yet).
