Help with Disgaea Hell Points Exchange? (Japan or Asia PS3 needed)

I created a thread the other day in the General & Home Discussion section of the forums. I'm basically looking for someone who owns a PS3 made in Japan or Asia who could help me redeem some of the Disgaea hell point items in the hell points shop.
